Okay Baji Terms and Conditions

01 General Terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and okay baji ("we", "us", "the platform"). By accessing or using the okay baji website, mobile application, or any related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the okay baji platform. We recommend reading these Terms in full before registering. If you have questions about anything here, our support team is available 24/7 via live chat or email at [email protected].

Okay baji reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

02 Eligibility

To register and use okay baji, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or entity when registering or placing bets.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an okay baji employee.

Okay baji may request documentation to verify your eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in account suspension or closure. We take age verification seriously and will not process withdrawals for accounts where age has not been confirmed.

03 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one okay baji account only. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or using different payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being closed.

When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and phone number. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You must notify okay baji immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Okay baji will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.
• Account sharing is not permitted. Your okay baji account is for your personal use only.

04 Deposits and Payments

Okay baji accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and local bank transfer. All transactions on the platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). There are no currency conversion fees applied by okay baji.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and may vary by payment method. Current limits are displayed at the time of deposit. Okay baji does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — the payment method you use must be registered in your own name.

• Deposits are typically credited to your okay baji account within a few minutes.
• If a deposit does not appear after 30 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference.
• Okay baji does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Deposits made in error cannot always be reversed. Contact support as soon as possible if you deposit an incorrect amount.

05 Withdrawals

Withdrawals at okay baji are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit. This is a standard anti-fraud measure and applies to all players. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.

Before your first withdrawal is processed, okay baji may require identity verification. This is a one-time process and is designed to protect both you and the platform from fraud. Once verified, future withdrawals are processed more quickly.

• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours on business days.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed at the time of request.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements have been fully met.
• Okay baji reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before approving large withdrawals.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if your account has open bets or pending bonus activity.

06 Bonuses and Promotions

Okay baji offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each offer. By claiming any bonus, you agree to the terms of that specific promotion in addition to these general Terms.

• Bonuses are credited to your account as bonus funds, not real money, until wagering requirements are met.
• Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount must be wagered before withdrawal is permitted.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution rates are listed in each promotion's terms.
• Bonuses have expiry dates. Any uncompleted wagering requirements after the expiry date will result in the bonus and associated winnings being removed.
• Okay baji reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Abuse of bonus offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus — will result in account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

07 Gameplay Rules

All games available on okay baji are provided by licensed third-party game providers. Each game operates according to its own rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Okay baji does not modify game outcomes and has no influence over the results of any game.

In the event of a technical fault or disconnection during a game, the outcome will be determined by the game provider's server records. Okay baji will use these records to resolve any disputes fairly. If you experience a technical issue during gameplay, contact support immediately with details of the game and time of the incident.

• Bets placed and confirmed cannot be cancelled or reversed.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game.
• Okay baji reserves the right to void bets placed in error or as a result of a technical fault.
• Sports betting markets are settled according to official results from the relevant governing body.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the okay baji platform. Engaging in any of these behaviours will result in immediate account suspension, closure, and potential forfeiture of all funds:

• Creating more than one account on okay baji.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or loopholes to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering or financial fraud.
• Providing false information during registration or verification.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.
• Engaging in any activity that disrupts the normal operation of the platform.

Okay baji actively monitors for suspicious activity and cooperates with relevant authorities where required. Any attempt to defraud the platform or other players will be reported and pursued through appropriate legal channels.

09 Privacy and Data

Okay baji collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By registering on the platform, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in that policy. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

Your data is used to operate your account, process transactions, verify your identity, and comply with legal obligations. We may also use your contact details to send you promotional communications, which you can opt out of at any time from your account settings.

10 Limitation of Liability

Okay baji provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the platform is available and functioning correctly at all times, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or that the platform will be free from errors at all times.

• Okay baji is not liable for losses resulting from platform downtime, technical faults, or third-party service failures beyond our control.
• We are not responsible for losses resulting from your failure to keep your account credentials secure.
• Okay baji's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12 months preceding the claim.
• Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11 Account Termination

You may close your okay baji account at any time by contacting our support team. Any real money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, provided all verification requirements have been met and there are no outstanding bonus wagering obligations.

Okay baji reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its discretion, including but not limited to cases where:

• A player has breached these Terms or any specific game or promotion rules.
• We have reason to believe fraudulent activity has occurred.
• A player has failed to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• A player has requested self-exclusion under our responsible gaming policy.
• We are required to do so by law or regulatory instruction.

In cases of account closure due to a breach of these Terms, okay baji reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Players will be notified of the outcome of any investigation within a reasonable timeframe.

12 Changes to Terms

Okay baji may update these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date.

If you do not agree with any changes to these Terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account. Continued use of okay baji after updated Terms have been published constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
